The rooms were well equipped with a fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils which made our stay very comfortable. It was centrally located, close to shopping centers and tourist attractions. The host was always available and reliable which was a great advantage.

The trash wasn't taken out daily which would need improvement as it caused some unwanted smells. We would have preferred fresh towels daily, and some cleaning supplies as dishwashing liquid was not provided.

The guesthouse is located in an area with lots of attractions nearby, including Canal Walk and Table View. the neighbourhood is rough, making walking at night unsafe. the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and have homely decor. the host is friendly and always available.

The hotel lacks daily cleaning of the rooms and trash removal, causing an unpleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel facilities were great, there was good WIFI, and the rooms were larger than expected. The staff, especially the host, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt safe and secure thanks to the excellent security and ample parking.

Everything is what i need and want

We particularly loved the multi-option shower head and appreciated the fact that all utensils needed for cooking were available. Plus, the central location made it easy to reach all the key tourist attractions.

A few things could have been better. We didn't find the bedding to be clean as it smelled like someone had already slept on it.
